We are so very excited about the upcoming season and can't wait to see what God has in store for us all. Many of you have already expressed your congrats and have asked how / if you could get a chance to see, congratulate and visit with Sting Ray in person before the season kicks off. So, here's your official invite to do just that!
What: SURPRISE Welcome Home Team SR2 Greeting Party & Press Conference
Where: Boise International Airport - Rotunda Area ground floor at bottom of escalators
When: Friday, January 20th
Time: 10:30 am
Please come and join us as we welcome Sting Ray back to Idaho as an INDYCAR driver! Feel free to wear your SR2 swag and bring some friends if you'd like! Keep in mind the airport has some parking challenges so we'd suggest that you arrive early and maybe even go to the airport shuttle lot. That shuttle likely only runs every 15 minutes or so, so give yourselves plenty of time so you don't miss out on the festivities. You can click on this linkhttps://www.iflyboise.com/parking-transportation/parking-rates/ to check on parking spaces available at the airport. This should take you to the Parking & Transportation tab then scroll down to the Parking Lot Availability section to see what number of spaces are available - then come on in!
Also note, there will be a couple of newspaper and TV stations there with the possibility that you could be on camera - so no sneaking away from work telling your boss you were sick, LOL! Tell them you're going to celebrate and you'll be back soon! Hope you can all join us!
For those of you from out of town - we understand you can't be here to celebrate with us in person, but we know you are here in spirit! We hope to see you at a race very soon!
In the meantime, we can't wait to see you all and celebrate for a bit with Sting Ray! Remember Sting Ray thinks that this is just some local press showing up to interview him upon his arrival. He does not know we've invited the Team SR2 Crew - he will be pleasantly surprised!!
