2024 Caravan Planning Meeting

August 29, 2023 (Tues.) - 6:00 pm

Those planning or considering participating in the 2024 Caravan to the National corvette Museum in bowling Green, KY are invited to our next planning meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 29th at Louie's Italian Restaurant from 6-8:30 pm (2500 E Fairview Ave. in Meridian) 

Due to the size of our group we have chosen a family style buffet that includes: Garden Salad, Variety of Pizza, Baked Rigatoni with meat, Fettuccine Ghiotte, Garlic Bread and soft drinks. The price is $27 per person including tax & gratuity to be paid in advance. (Additional items such as beer or wine will be billed separately).

To provide the restaurant with an accurate headcount Valley Corvette members & non-members need to register & pre-pay via the website. Registration cut-off date (or cancellation) is Thu. Aug. 24th. NOTE: Please select the ticket type depending on number of people attending (1 vs. 2 people). 

Also please bring a list of suggestions for museums, points of interest, etc. along the route to the NCM and return routes. Even if you already attended a point of interest, please put it on your list to share, as others might be interested.
